Discount Tire

We always receive the best service and pricing from Discount Tire in Rogers. They offer a veteran discount, and have zero interest financing available. We have bought new tires for four vehicles, and always get the best service for installation and any warranty issues.

Well, I did put on information about my experience experience yesterday at the Discount Tire off of Pleasant Grove if you can see the message I started this about it will tell you everything but the experience was perfect. I had pre-ordered and was called in as soon as it had arrived. One of the questions was about the windshield wipers, which I didn’t need because I just had some new ones put on. I would recommend discount tires to anyone. Thank you.

Scheduled an appointment to have tires that I had purchased a few years ago at Discount Tire balanced only to be told that, because I had some wear on the inside shoulder of my tire from an alignment issue (which had been resolved), they could only replace my tire (i.e. happily sell me a new one). The salesperson stated that my tire was "legally bald", even though as can be seen in the included photo, it still has good tread. He wouldn't even balance the other tires which have no uneven wear, but DID offer to give me a credit on a new tire (that I clearly don't need). I have been a loyal, LOYAL Discount Tire customer for 20 years, but no longer. The service after the sale has declined to the point that I will purchase my tires elsewhere going forward. "Free rotation and balance"?.... more like "we'll sell you another set". Bait and switch all the way.

I recently visited Discount Tire to get a brand-new set of tires for my Model 3, and I have to say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Not only did I find the perfect tires that fit my car perfectly, but the price was also a great deal, making the whole purchase even more satisfying. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, ensuring that I got exactly what I needed without any hassle. Installation was quick and smooth, and they even perform alignment for Teslas, which gave me extra peace of mind as a Model 3 owner. I left feeling confident knowing my car was equipped with top-quality tires. Overall, I highly recommend Discount Tire for anyone looking for great products, value, and outstanding service!

Great service, great pricing. My tires were on order from the distributor directly and we ran into some delays. The shop followed up to ensure they expedite the shipping and called to get my appointment scheduled the moment the tires came off the truck. That is what good service is made of. Follow through, consistency, and care. Awesome team at the Pleasant Grove location. I love my 5 new Yokohama X M/T for my Jeep!
